Our standard finishes are Unlacquered Polished Brass and Polished Nickel. We offer a curated selection of Metal Finishes as well as custom finish matches. Send us a sample and we will match it exactly.
Expect 2-4 weeks additional lead time for custom finishes.

Our products are custom-made to order. Approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Return requests must be made within 10 business days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Client is responsible for return shipping and insurance.

Matthew Studios warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers structural integrity and finish quality but excludes damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or natural variations in materials such as crystal, bone, horn, or hand-applied finishes.
To file a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@matthewstudiosny.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All claims must be approved in writing prior to replacement.
