One-Year Warranty
Matthew Studios warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers structural integrity and finish quality but excludes damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or natural variations in materials such as crystal, bone, horn, or hand-applied finishes.
To file a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@matthewstudiosny.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All claims must be approved in writing prior to replacement.
